Woofy Wowser was introduced in 1940 as "Snoopy Sniffer's Kid Brother"! This cute little hot dog has short stubby legs that "walk" and a concealed voice that goes "woof woof" when he is pulled. Woofy was sold as a promotional item but we do not know what he was promoting?
