The Tuggy Tooter is an all plastic tug boat that is made both for land and water play. The floatable boat has an attached captain figure and smoke stack on top. When child squeezes the bulb on the pull cord, it makes the smoke stack pop up and make a "toot-toot" noise. When the boat is pulled, it wobbles and the captain figure sways from side to side
